This glue works best on:

Lightweight materials – cotton, silk, nylon

instructions:

Prewash fabric; do not use fabric softener.
Turn garment inside out to expose hem.
Measure and press new hem into fabric.
Place tape inside new hem.
Peel off liner and press firmly into fabric to adhere.
