Celebrate over 75 years of crafts with Aleene’s Original Tacky Glue! In 1950, Aleene Jackson broke barriers within the craft industry as she developed a specialty crafting adhesive, now known as “Aleene’s Original Tacky Glue.” She chose the iconic gold bottle that is still used today to reflect the premium quality of its contents: the gold standard of adhesives. Tacky Glue works on just about every surface: its thick, nontoxic tacky formula grabs items on contact and dries super strong, permanent, and clear, making it great for crafts, hobbies, DIYs, and household repairs. Features 3 (8 fl. oz.) bottles of Aleene’s Original Tacky Glue.
Always test for best results.
Dry time will depend on how much glue was used and the temperature and humidity level in your area. A general dry time estimate for this glue is 37-47 minutes based on testing with a 3-millimeter coating at 70-73 degrees Fahrenheit. Thicker applications will dry at a slower rate.

"I have been using Aleene’s since I got serious about crafting. Have never experienced a problem with it. My only down side is the arthritis in my hands making it more difficult to hold now. Nevertheless, I will continue to use."

"I was skeptical at first, because it's a glue I found at dollar tree. It's not exclusively dollar tree, but that's where I first saw it. I tried this glue and was absolutely amazed at how great it works. It dries fast and has a very strong hold. I do use wood glue for all of My Wood Projects, but for anything else I lean to this glue. You do get a better deal at Walmart with a 32 ounce bottle, but when dollar tree has it, I will sometimes pick up an extra bottle just to have the smaller bottle to use when crafting because it is smaller than the 32 ounce bottle I buy at Walmart (for under $4) and it’s just easier to hold while crafting. I just found out that there is also an Aleene's Wood Glue and I ordered it on Amazon and just got it today and am anxious to go home tonight and see how it compares to My Go To Gorilla Wood Glue. I can't recommend this glue enough, and trust me I am super hard to impress :) I am going to try the other glue's under this brand just to see how they all compare."
