"How is this possible?" you might be asking. We'll show you how easy it is when you use Aleene's® Repositionable Double-Stick Tape on fabric shapes made to represent each season and holiday. It's a fun afternoon creative project that turns into super fab year-round home décor!

Aleene's DIY Seasonal Welcome Sign

  1. Place stencil onto the wood board and tape off anything you do not want painted to protect from overspray.
  2. Spray three light coats of spray paint over stencil openings. Let dry then remove the stencil.
  3. Cut a variety of desired shapes out of burlap to represent seasons and holidays, and cut a matching shape for each out of felt. Make sure shapes are sized to fit within wording.
  4. Use Turbo Tacky Glue to adhere matching felt shapes to the backs of burlap shapes to create a sturdy backing.
  5. Paint the burlap tops of shapes the colors of your choice. Let dry completely.
  6. Peel one side of a Temporary Fabric Adhesive Strip or Dot and press in place on the back of each shape. Keep liner intact on remaining side of Dot or Strip until ready to place on sign at appropriate time.
  7. Switch out shapes for different seasons and holidays!
