Heat-Sensitive Color-Changing Slime

Remember how fun it was (or still is) to wear mood rings and watch the color shift to different shades?! Or what about those cool color-changing T-shirts that change shades where ever you place your hands on the shirt? Whether you've ever worn a color-changing mood ring or shirt or not, now you can up the fun factor with heat-sensitive color-changing slime! As if slime wasn't already fun to squish, now you can watch it shift colors every time you touch it. Think it's complicated to make? Think again! All you need is 4 ingredients to make this outrageously awesome color-changing slime.

What you need:
- Aleene's Clear Gel Tacky Glue 8 oz.
- 1/2 tsp. Thermochromic pigment
- 1/4 tsp. Baking soda
- 2 tbsp. Contact lens solution

Aleene's Color Changing Slime
  1. Pour the entire 8 fl. oz. bottle of Clear Gel Tacky Glue into a bowl.
  2. Add ¼ tsp. baking soda and stir.
  3. Add ½ tbsp. of contact lens solution. Stir until slime forms.
  4. Add ½ tsp. of thermochromic pigment and mix.
  5. Knead the slime until it is no longer sticky.
  6. Have fun watching your slime change colors as you touch it!
