How to Glue Buttons to Paper Maché: Ombre Button Letter
Personalize your space in minutes using a paper maché letter from the craft store, assorted mint-colored buttons, and Aleene's Tacky Glue. This is a craft you can make in an afternoon for yourself or as a gift for someone you love.
What you need:
Aleene's Original Tacky Glue
Paper maché letter of your choice
Acrylic paint in mint
Ombre assortment of buttons in mint colors
Foam brush
Paper or foam plate
Load your foam brush with paint and cover the front and sides of your letter. Let dry, then paint backside.
Determine the order in which you want to glue (we decided to go from light to dark ombre on our letter). Add glue to each button.
Press in place on your letter. Continue adding buttons until the entire front of your letter is covered in a ombre fashion. Let dry thoroughly, then display.
