You don't have to have a green thumb to make these flowers bloom ... you just need some Tacky Glue! A fantastic craft to do with the kids, put those colorful cupcake wrappers left over from your last party to good use with this paper picture frame craft. We chose flowers because it's spring, but this craft can be easily modified to any shape and theme! Your little ones can use them to put on a play - starring the fam or their favorite characters - or you can pop them in a vase or faux planter for an adorable paper garden with happy, smiling faces year round.
